At Abayaat Wadeem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, as these are crafted specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is free of charge — you won’t pay a thing.
Our Responsibility: We cover all return shipping costs, so you can shop with confidence.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for different products. However:

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
If you wish to get a different product or size, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets all eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example, the item has been used or returned without original packaging), it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us at [email protected]. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
